RULES FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE PROSTAND.MD

   Dear customers, especially for you, we have developed a flexible system for the delivery and payment of goods ordered through the PROSTAND.MD ONLINE STORE. In order to maximize the convenience of your purchase. You can make a purchase without leaving your home.

DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery on weekdays (from 8:30 to 17:30). Delivery is carried out on the next business day if there is a free limit on delivery and placing an order until 16:30. In the absence of a free limit and placing an order after 16:30 delivery is carried out in one day.
* Note: orders placed on weekends and holidays are delivered within one business day.

COST OF DELIVERY
Delivery within the city of Chisinau:
For orders of 300 lei (MDL) or more, delivery is FREE.
For orders less than 300 MDL, delivery is 45 lei.

Delivery in the suburbs of mun. Chisinau:
For orders of 500 lei or more, delivery is FREE.
For orders less than 500 lei, delivery is 80 lei.

Delivery across the Republic:
The cost of the minimum order in the regions of the Republic of Moldova is 1000 lei, delivery is FREE in accordance with the table from the application (* including the internal policy of logistics and distribution of goods of the company).
* Note: Delivery is carried out to the customer's entrance. The client must ensure the unloading of goods on their own.

PICK UP
The placed order can be picked up at the point of issue of orders in Chisinau the next day after the order is received, or on the same day if you made the order before 12:00.
This type of service is free of CHARGE only on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
The single minimum order amount varies depending on the region of delivery.
- mun. Chisinau minimum 150 lei;
- suburbs of mun. Chisinau at least 300 lei, (Codru, Cricova, Durlesti, Sîngera, Vadul lui Voda, Vatra, Bacioi, Gidigichi, Trushen, Condrita, Bubueci, Budesti, Colonica, Cruzesti, Tohatin, Chorescu, Gratiesti, Stauceni).
-other regions at least 1000 lei.
*Note: this amount does not include the cost of delivery
